In the Foundation phase, KReate transitions from identifying urban challenges to implementing impactful projects. This phase focuses on selecting high-priority, feasible projects and developing solutions in collaboration with experts, stakeholders, and the community. Our goal is to address Bengaluru’s most pressing issues with practical, on-the-ground initiatives.

Project Selection: Guided by the priorities identified in the Blueprint phase, we select specific urban challenges to address through targeted projects. These projects are chosen based on their potential impact and feasibility, ensuring that our efforts are directed where they are most needed.

Development and Implementation: We collaborate with experts, stakeholders, and community members to develop detailed project plans. This includes securing funding, designing innovative solutions, and executing projects that directly meet the city’s needs.
